Intensive Acceptance Options

If you’re interested in accepting your place in our intensive but have questions or concerns, take a look at the FAQs below.

Scheduling: I may have to miss a day or leave early / come late. Is that okay?

Yes. We allow up to one absence, and we can almost always accommodate students who need to arrive late or leave early on another day, whether for an audition or another personal commitment.

Cost: Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. After submitting your deposit to confirm your spot, if you need a payment plan, just ask. Our payment plans work as follows: (updated 3/13/26)

  • Pay 1/4 of your remaining balance two months before the intensive

  • Pay 1/4 of your remaining balance one month before the intensive

  • Pay 1/4 before the first day of the intensive

  • Pay the final 1/4 before the last day of the intensive

Cost: The cost is still too high for me. Is it possible to increase my scholarship?

Possibly. If finances are the main reason you may not be able to attend, please reach out. While we can’t guarantee additional scholarship support in every case, we often work with students individually and are always happy to see what might be possible.

Cost: I was hoping for something close to a full ride. Do you ever offer full scholarships?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer full scholarships for the intensive. That said, if you’re very interested and cost is the main obstacle, we still encourage you to reach out so we can talk through options.

Cost: What is the average scholarship amount you give?

Our scholarship awards typically range from $250–$750, though amounts can vary depending on the student and the program.

Cost: I’m interested, but I’m embarrassed to ask for more help. Should I still say something?

Yes. Please do. Asking about finances will never affect your offer negatively, and we would always rather have the conversation than have someone decline without reaching out.
