Do you feel like an audition machine, like you’ve forgotten what it means to be an actor in a show?

Or are you nailing your auditions, but flunking the sides?

Or maybe you just want to get back to (acting) basics?

Introducing AT STUDIO.

This brand new class is a combination of three of our beloved acting classes, including:

  • MONOLOGUES, COLD READS, AND SIDES will give students an opportunity to work one on one with Broadway Vet, KIRSTEN WYATT, on book material.

    • Students will be allowed to bring in and workshop monologues and sides they have been given for an upcoming audition, material they have been given in the past they want to work on and improve, or would LIKE to receive one day.

    • This offers students a wonderful opportunity to work on their dream roles and get a head start before getting into that audition room!

    • Cold Reads? What’s that? Bring in something NEW! Work through it from scratch with Kirsten, or even ask Kirsten to bring in material FOR you to read on the spot in class!

  • SCENE STUDY, where you will pair with another student to work on material from a play or musical; choose the scene and your partner, or we’ll choose for you.

  • DREAM ROLES. Select a role from the musical theatre or play canon and work on the material in class, with feedback designed to help you get ready to audition (and book) the job. We can help you find a role that is perfect for you.

As always, this class can be as much the student’s design as they wish! Or they’ll be able to ask for a little extra guidance and direction from our faculty.

There's no audition for this class.
