Welcome to DANCER THERAPY! These are dance classes scheduled specifically for Actor Therapy students, in a stress free, all levels class environment! Classes offered will include a variety of Musical Theatre, Ballet, Jazz, Tap and more! We have four teachers offering classes each session, to ensure class times and days that work for all our students! 

HOW IT WORKS: Each week, we will send out an announcement letting all students know when classes will be held. All you need to do in order to reserve your spot is email us at DANCERTHERAPY@GMAIL.COM. Once we receive your reservation request, we will email you back with a confirmation and a Venmo request. Please note that due to studio reservations, once you have committed to class, payment is non refundable! You will not be allowed to take class until we have received your payment via venmo (cash accepted if a student does not have Venmo). Class will be $15.00.

 Chelsea Moss

is an NYC based actor, singer and dancer. She graduated from James Madison University, where she studied Psychology and Dance. After graduation, Chelsea toured the country in A Christmas Carol and Sleeping Beauty. She completed the Summer Professional Semester at Broadway Dance Center, where she now teaches musical theatre in the Children and Teen program. She has trained with and danced for some of the top choreographers  in New York City, and has been seen in in various concerts and productions around the city. Favorite credits include Fiddler On The Roof, Curtains!, and New Dawn the Musical, as well as performing in Ragtime on Ellis Island and Broadwaycon 2017.

Shannon Walsh

is a New York City based dancer, singer, and actor. She graduated with a BA in Musical Theatre from Manhattanville College, where she was also captain of their competitive dance team and worked with choreographers from Peter Pucci Dance Company and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. After graduation, Shannon worked in theme parks with RWS Entertainment Group and toured nationally and internationally with Angelina Ballerina, the Musical. She then completed the Summer Professional Semester at Broadway Dance Center, where she trained and worked with the top teachers and choreographers in NYC. Most recently, Shannon was the Swing/Dance Captain on The Wizard of Oz national tour. Other favorite credits include Thoroughly Modern Millie, Brigadoon, andAnything Goes

Krystyna Resavy

is a New Jersey/New York based choreographer and performer who earned her B.F.A. from Emerson College this past December. Most recently, Krystyna served as the Choreography Assistant for the pre-Broadway Lab of The Cher Show. Recent performance credits include dancing in Isn’t It Romantic starring Rebel Wilson. She choreographed Samsung's launch event Move With Galaxy featuring Diplo and Gwen Stefani. Her work was hand chosen by artist Jared Grimes to compete in Broadway Underground's event, Run The Night at the Highline Ballroom. Krystyna's work can additionally be seen in Broadway Dance Center's Summer and Spring Professional Semester showcases. Notable choreography awards include American Dance Award’s National Young Choreographer of the Year, New York City Dance Alliance's Critics' Choice Awards (4), and Onstage New York’s National Junior Critics’ Choice Award.

Michelle Lemon

hails from the Midwest. Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, Michelle moved to Minneapolis to earn her BFA in Dance from the University of Minnesota. During her time in the Twin Cities, Michelle performed professionally with the Flying Foot Forum, Buckets and Tap Shoes, Collide Theatrical Dance Company, Eclectic Edge Ensemble, Valleyfair Amusement Park Live Entertainment, and Artistry Theatre. She additionally taught Tap, Jazz, and Theatre dance at performing arts high schools and dance studios in the greater Twin Cities area. Michelle moved to NYC at the beginning of 2017 to participate in Broadway Dance Center’s Professional Semester Program. Michelle is now doing the NYC artist hustle; auditioning, gigging, taking class, and waiting tables to earn dollars. Check her out on the interwebs at michellelemon.com
